Twisted Mind of an Apple

This morning was a debate whether I should go out to run or not. It was usually so hard to wake up Saturday morning at 5:45am when its so cold out and I already know that what I am going to do is something active and later on painful.

Buuuut! It was all worth it you know. As usual we met around Santa Monica and started running before 7am. The view was awesome. It was different since we heade the north route.

Yes it was painful at the begining but after 30-45 minutes its all easy. Of course I have set up my Ipod to have the best adrenaline-pumping songs to keep me going further. It helps a lot!

O well, it was fun and next week it will be 26 full miles so that means I have to run every day this coming week so it will be as much fun as this 12 miles this morning. I finished this morning’s run in 2 hours 20 minutes. Not bad after all the stop traffic lights. I shouldn’t be lazy anymore, I will do my midweek run!

Last Saturday Jan 6th, I finished my first longest run ever. It lasted for 4 hours 38 minutes.
I wish I could tell exactly how it went. But all I know, aside from my very sore legs after the run, it was a life-moving experience. The satisfaction is incomparable. I cannot explain why the hell I am doing it knowing that it will be just extreme pain during and afterwards. Hmmmp! Maybe I should say, I like doing the extremes and I am glad I found and met people who have the same wavelength as I do. I can’t wait til I do my first Marathon. For sure, that would be intense like this 23 miles. I just feel great!!!

Since when…….?

did you ever realize and ask yourself….are you really happy where you are and what you do…who you are with at this particular point in time?

Or you are just trying to be a feather being blown away by the breeze where ever…..

Since when did you ever see the sunrise and smile to thank whoever you praise for the life you have now.

Since when….you took a deep breathe to grasp that inner life you are shallowy maintaining all these years…

Since when did you focus your digital camera away off your face and instead take snap shots of nature’s beauty.

Since when you last say I love you to your mom or dad, sister or brother, grandma or grandpa. Just knowing having a family is great.

Since when did you last walk barefooted outdoors?

Since when did you last shut your mouth consciously to avoid saying something bad to another person?

Since when did you last swallowed your pride and accept a mistake you never even participated in committing?

Since when did you take action to change the things you want changed?

Since when did you ever think that you may only live two more years and assumed you will die at 75?

Since when did you ever accept you are alive and have a choice to lead your life where ever you want…only if you choose to.

Will you ever? Did you ever? Since when?

Is this world the only reality you knew? Maybe it should be looked into from a different angle. Are you standing on a rock?  or maybe from a mountain top? or maybe from a comfortable bed under a quilt? where ever you want to look it from; how ever you may wonder; you will never know  until you get to the end of the rope. only to find out that if you did not uncover the learning and if you did not stretch the lining of your understanding you are back from the very beginning.

We see. we feel and we believe it real.

Even not, it may seem. we cast shadow, we cement it firm.

How do you massage a glazier? How do you solidify a conclusion built on doubt?

Imagine when there is no one around. is it better? or just plain? simple?

uncomplicated?

I see. it is better? no explanation. no conclusion. no doubt.

The roadtrip is faster with the lightest load. Simplify do not complicate.

Remember everything and isolate redundancy. Eliminate stupidity. Do not create

mediocrity. complacency is a sin more than anything else.

chin up. break the barrier. let it all out. embrace great things.

outcast who are against it. don’t even stare long.
